Return Policy

  • ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Hats and Head Wear (all sizes), Balloons, Noisemakers, Light Up Novelties, SALE items, Paper Flowers, Serapes (all sizes), Blankets, Mesh Bags, Confetti Eggs, Dated Merchandise, and custom made or personalized items.
  • ALL SALES FINAL ON NEW YEAR'S EVE MERCHANDISE
  • For all other products, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at sales@amols.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange an authorized return for replacement or refund.
  • Returns must be received no later than 45 days of delivery of your order in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
  • We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.
  • Please check the contents of your delivery immediately upon receipt to check for damages or shortages. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you receive fewer packages than are reported on the delivery log, please ask the driver to make a note of the problem on the delivery log, or you may be unable to make a claim with the delivery company. 
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of the freight carrier or inclement weather.
  • Shipping cost for returns for products that are not damaged or shipped in error are non-refundable.
