Products must be returned within 45 days of purchase for us to issue a refund.
We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.
Please check the contents of your delivery immediately upon receipt to check for any damaged items or shortages. Claims for damaged items, shortages, or items received in error must be made within 15 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on: Headwear, Flowers, Balloons, Light Up Items, Holiday/Seasonal Items, Sale Items, and Opened Packages.
Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you receive fewer packages than are reported on the delivery log, please ask the driver to make a note of the problem on the delivery log, or you may be unable to make a claim with the delivery company. In order to make a claim for shortages in packing or defective merchandise, please e-mail us or fax to us within 7 days of receipt.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of the freight carrier. We can only approximate the number of shipping days from our warehouse, these are not guarantees.
