Return Policy

  • ALL SALES FINAL ON HATS, HEADWEAR, BALLOONS, LIGHT UP NOVELTIES, SALE ITEMS, FLOWERS AND CONFETTI EGGS
  • Returns must be received no later than 45 days of delivery of your order in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
  • We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.
  • Please check the contents of your delivery immediately upon receipt to check for damages or shortages. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
  • If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you receive fewer packages than are reported on the delivery log, please ask the driver to make a note of the problem on the delivery log, or you may be unable to make a claim with the delivery company. 
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of the freight carrier or inclement weather.
  • Shipping cost for returns for products that are not damaged or shipped in error are non-refundable.
